Experience and Education
Graduating in 2008 from the University of South Florida, my formal education was incredibly valuable to my career and gave me a foundation to pass the Certified Public Accounting Exam in 2012. I have held my license since that period and have worked professionally in a number of high profile corporate accounting positions. Over the course of my career I was extremely fortunate to work in great industries and have compiled two decades of full-cycle accounting experience. My background focused on the day-to-day, month end/ annual close, and audit preparation in addition to base level tax accounting. Industry knowledge covers the Services sector, SaaS and Technology focused companies, Construction/ Real Estate in addition to an understanding with Manufacturing and Wholesale/ Retail operations. This exposure has allowed me to formalize and structure best practices for accounting systems and workflows. Combined with a strong understanding of software programs in the field, my experience has given me the tools that can provide “best-in-class” accounting services for Business Owners regardless of industry or platforms in place. I am comfortable working with Entrepreneurs and am tailoring my services to be aligned with Client business needs from Staff Accountant to CFO responsibilities. What if I am just starting a business?
No problem, we can begin with a standard setup and implement a number of accounting systems based on your needs.
How long does it take to Onboard?
It all begins with a quick and efficient onboarding process where logins, access, and timelines are established with the Client. We run down deliverables and have checklists in place to ensure a smooth process.
Where does my data live?
We have a few different options available, most frequently Client data is stored in the Cloud on remote servers.
How do I know which pricing package I need?
During our initial consultation we look at items such as complexity, transaction volume, environment and current staff in an effort to align the best service package.
What if I can’t afford a higher package than suggested?
In good faith, and in limited instances, we can work with Business Owners to separate services and provide a more tailored solution. This will often fall into Project Services if necessary.
